Honda Cars India is all set to reveal the highly anticipated Elevate SUV today, on June 6. The global unveiling will take place in India, making it the first country to introduce the Honda Elevate.

The highly anticipated Honda Elevate SUV will have its global premiere on June 6. The SUV is positioned to rival the competitors' popular models like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, and MG Astor. The speculated price of the new Elevate could be around ₹10.50 lakh and ₹20 lakh (ex-showroom).

Powertrain variants for the new Elevate are more likely to share the Honda City sedan's 1.5-litre VTEC DOHC petrol engine that comes with 121PS of maximum power and 145Nm of peak torque, available with both 6-speed manual transmission and a 7-speed CVT. A strong hybrid powertrain could be anticipated later, which features a self-charging, two-motor e-CVT system connected to a 1.5-litre Atkinson-cycle petrol engine with 126PS of maximum power and 253Nm of peak torque.

The upcoming Elevate SUV is also anticipated to come equipped with notable features such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) with the new Elevate SUV. Features such as LED headlamps, daytime running lights (DRLs), and taillamps, along with 17-inch alloy wheels and an electric sunroof are more of a norm these days. As usual inside the cabin, we can expect a touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, wireless charger, and ventilated seats, among other amenities.

Unofficial bookings for the upcoming Honda Elevate have commenced, requiring a token amount of ₹21,000. The SUV is anticipated to be launched in India ahead of the festive season.
