Chariot Topples at Madduramma Temple Fair, Anekal Tragedy

When ego overrides a rational mind, such incidents sprout like mushrooms. One such incident happened at the annual cultural fair of the goddess Madduramma in the Huskur village. It so happened that when the organizers built a sky-high chariot, they overpowered the heights of their own stupidity. Resulting in a tragedy that claimed a couple of lives & injured another few of the assembled people during the procession.

However, an even larger accident was averted as the 100+ foot chariot fell at a place that was not largely populated; if not, missing it by a few feet, it would have claimed a huge sum of casualties that would have shamed the whole of humanity in and around the region.
