A sensational match between Mumbai Indians who closed the match to a victory in response to the opener's SunRisers Hyderabad who had topped a total sum of 200. It was Cameron Green's batting stance lapping up 128 runs in just 63 spells that brought MI the game victory. Cameron Green was declared the Player of the match.

HIGHLIGHTS
Once again Mumbai Indians chasing down a 200+ target with ease. SunRisers Hyderabad started well with Agarwal and Vivrant Sharma smashing at almost at 9 r.p.o in the powerplay. Agarwal managed to up the ante in the middle overs taking the attack to the MI spinners. The right-handed opening batter smashed 83 runs at a strike rate of 180 while his opening partner Vivrant Sharma scored a fifty on his debut innings in IPL. MI pulled things back in the death overs courtesy of Akash Madhwal who picked 4 and is becoming reliable to deliver under pressure. In response, MI lost Ishan Kishan early but Skipper Rohit Sharma and Cam Green compiled 128 runs between them from just 65 balls giving no chance to the SRH bowlers to stage a comeback. Sharma playing second fiddle scored 56 from 37 while Cam Green finished unbeaten on 100 from 47 balls. A fine cameo from SKy towards the end ensured that MI chase down the total with 2 overs to spare. MI will now have to depend on the result of the next game between GT and RCB for their fortune to make it to the playoffs.
