Finally the news is out that D.K.Shivakumar will be decorating the new Government as Deputy Chief Minister, as it was made clear that Siddaramaiah would be heading the state as Chief Minister.
After nearly a week of waiting for Karnataka to hear the new Governance portfolio, since D.K.Shivakumar was not ready to settle for the top post. yesterday evening he made it clear that he would be agreeing for the Deputy CM post at the larger interest of the people.
Mallikarjuna Kharge & the top leadership in Congress HQ were equally happy to hear it and congratulated the duo. Now the rest of the ministry portfolio would be announced sooner or later than the Oath Taking Ceremony, likely to be held this weekend traditionally in front of the Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru.
