Ultraviolette, the Bengaluru-based new-age startup automotive technology company, launches a new bike in its lineup of offerings targeting the dual-sport or adventure category motorcycle under the name X47.
Terming it as X, denoting it as the crossover, the X47 comes with an onboard charger thereby taking off the extra luggage that was being hauled by tourers to charge up the bike in the F77 motorbike.
The bike has a performance figures of 2.7s 0-60kph, 8.1x for 0-100kph and a top speed of 145kph. The range is claimed at 323kms, Power of 40 HP (30kW), Torque at 610Nm, and a warranty of 8,00,000kms, with the onboard battery size of 10kWh.
The price starts at INR.2,74,000/-, with an introductory price of INR.2,49,000/- for the intial 1000 deliveries. Remember, the tax on electric vehicles is just 5% not 18% or 40%.
