Just imagine you are a passenger on a train journey and you happen to buy an unknown brand of drinking water and complain on the app. Then the onboard pantry staff approach with hostility & beat you up for complaining. Was that a breach of data privacy & security?
The escalation to such a level seems to have taken place because the passenger made a video of a drinking water bottle supplied at a higher price & of an unknown brand. However, this shouldn't have taken to such a aggressive turn all because the customer exercised his rights.

The IRCTC has responded in a reply to this tweet, but the action is still not attended to at the passenger level yet. Hope he is safe. The good part is that the tweet is going viral, and that should put enough pressure to keep things under sanity level.
Sir, it is being escalated to concerned official for necessary immediate action.
