In an unfortunate incident of weightlifting by a 17 year old girl in Rajasthan, who happened to be a trained weightlifter with many medals in her lifetime, things go horribly wrong, killing her instantly from an attempt to lift 270 kilos.

Yashtika Acharya a National level gold medalist from Bikaner was training as her daily routine, however, her attempted with a new record high went horribly wrong. As seen in this video which was shot in her attempt, clearly shows that she struggled for that weight and tripped on her ankle and collapsed on her back and the barbell flung her neck breaking her vertebrae. The death should have been immediate, as the vertebrae that broke was fatal.

It is important message to all other trainers & trainees to watch their progress and not push their body beyond it's limits.
