Queen Elizabeth II Dies at age 96, 8th Sept 2022

Elizabeth II was Queen of the United Kingdom from 6 February 1952 until her death on 8 September 2022. Her reign of 70 years and 214 days was the longest of any British monarch and the second-longest recorded of any monarch of a sovereign country. Born on 21 April 1926, Bruton Street, London, United Kingdom. She is reportedly died peacefully on 8 September 2022, at Balmoral Castle, United Kingdom.

Buckingham palace confirms her death on Thursday, "The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon. The Kind and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow", a statement from Buckingham Palace said.

Survived by her children, King Charles III, Prince Andrew, Duke of York, Anne, Princess Royal, Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex. Full name, Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor had grandchildren, Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, and some more. Married to Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (m. 1947–2021), until his death last year.
