South Racing Can-Am team's Francisco López Contardo won the SSV & Light Vehicle category of Dakar 2021 in his Can-Am XRS with a decent gap of over 17 minutes to Austin Jones from Monster Energy Can-Am in his XRS. Aron Domzala finished in 3rd spot with his team-mate Austin Jones.

Interesting to note that all the top 10 finishers are Can-Am.
