Let's Welcome 2015, with Dakar & Janner Rallye!

New year starts with two different flavours of rallying, one at the Northern hemisphere, straight from #Austria at #JannerRallye the first round of European Rally Championship, that is cold and snowy; vs. the Southern hemisphere's hot and dusty #Dakar rally-raid routes, that travels across international borders of South American sub-continent.

The special at Dakar, for us Indians is our first-Indian; #CS_Santosh who would be debuting this time. The champ of our country has made us proud and has several titles from various races both at national and international level. He would be piloting a #KTM450 Rally replica, bearing the competition number #59. Lets cheer for him and all others.

I would have loved to mention all the competitors, but the huge list would just clutter out all the fun of the simplified information in here. It would make more sense to highlight the leading toppers from each category and that should serve your hunger better. But to that exception, would be the compulsory snack of #CS_Santosh, so kindly bear with us.

At north, at Austria, the competition has done with the recce and the rituals of the rally, they would be starting tomorrow on the stages with competitive spirit for the first time. More event updates will follow from our co-author Sukesh on #ERC.
